Covid-19 update

Hi guys, hope you are keeping well. Just a quick covid special update as it's not just Boris that can deliver them. As a new company starting out this year it's been a massive learning curve here at DMK and it's been exceptionally difficult even more so with the current climate we are in. As a company we have had our ups and downs but we have managed to dust off and carry on, which brings us to our first agenda, As a company we have held meetings (very long and boring) to discuss how best to take DMK forward in these trying times. The one thing we all agreed on was that we WILL NOT be closing our doors no matter how scary covid19 is even to us at DMK, Which left a huge question on how do we stay safe but more importantly how do we keep our customers safe (hence the long boring meetings) so we at DMK have introduced some new safety measures these are as followed: 

1. Upon arrival 2m + will be maintained

2. We at DMK WILL be wearing face covering and gloves

3. We will meet you at your car and we will request you pop your keys on the windscreen and ask you to step back and from there we will pick them up and sanitize them before any work is carried out

4. Covers will be used on both the seats, steering wheel, gear stick and hand break if fitted with a manual one

5. After work has been carried out/vehicle dropped off all covers will be removed

6. Keys will be sanitized again and placed on the windscreen.

7. Regarding payment of work carried out we still accept cash still however we would much prefer either a PayPal or a bank transfer to minimalize risk.

Although these rules we have in place seem excessive it is the only way we can ensure not just our staff are safe but also you our customers are safe as well which is paramount, it is also paramount these rules are followed so that DMK can continue to offer its services not just through these trying and testing times but also far far into the future.

We are a covid free garage and we hope to maintain that just for you guys.
